Abstract

Still Life
Still Life ArtA still life painting is of an object, or objects that do not move. Fruit bowls, vases or a flower arrangements are popular still life pictures. The artist sets it up in-studio to study the object before getting started. The painting will have specific detail such as shape, shadow and the lighting.
Clean-Up
Following each art project, clean up is essential. You do not want brushes to dry out or keep paints exposed. Wash brushes thoroughly. If you use fragile objects such as feathers, simply discard them. Close all paint containers and clear the area for your next project.
